We ship PAN India. Delivery time is around 5 to 7 working days, & remote location, weather conditions, imposed required govt. regulations, etc. may take a little longer. Rest assured, we choose the best courier partner only.

Once the order is placed, it goes to shipping in one to three days. Usually we try to ship on the same day unless an order is received on a weekend or during holidays, in which case the order will be dispatched on the first working day.

We ship orders with the help of our shipping partners. Thus, we rely on them, and delivery may get delayed in cases wherein the address has an error, there are government restrictions, there is bad weather, or the order is received from a remote place. However, we will be taking follow-ups to ensure that you receive the product well on time. There are shipping charges associated with when you place the order. It may vary in some cases and shall be bearable for you.

We will share the order tracking details either by message or via email, or even both. You can use the same to track your order and can contact us if you find any issue. If you do not receive the delivery and tracking shows the parcel was delivered with an SMS/email, then you need to inform us on the same day. We will not entertain any non-delivery cases after 3 days of the delivery status.
